First Club Assembly for the Rotary Year 2016-17

Club Assembly and the first meeting of Rotary Year 2016 – 17

was held on 09^th July 2016 at Club Riverside, Mayur Vihar, Delhi.

 

The Overwhelming response to the meeting has set the tone for the New Rotary Year. Enthusiastic members were present in large numbers & set a record of sort with  97% participation. The energy and the discipline shown by the members was worth appreciating.

 

Following business Briefings / presentations were conducted very smoothly :-

4) Honouring Professionals (Doctors & CA's ) of the club on the occasion of Doctors Day & CA Day

5) Honouring Major Donors of the Club

6) Brief Review by Vice President & Trust chairman - Rtn. P. K. Gupta (on successful operation of 4 deaf & dumb children of our school for restoration of hearing and speech power)

7) Followed by Secretarial announcements, Club Plans and the forthcoming Meeting Schedules by Rtn. Rashmi Dubey.
